These are the first recordings of Mozart from one of the world's most exciting violin virtuosos. For this recording, Midori has chosen to collaborate with two world class musicians. Violist Nobuk Imai is recognized as one of the foremost violists in the world and has a formidable reputation. Christoph Eschenbach was recently appointed as Music Director of the venerable Philadelphia Orchestra .
